Hey everyone, I’m Ruth. I live in Hamburg, Germany.

I'm in my second year here. Hope I'll enjoy my second year as much as my first - even more cause I'm no longer under the pressure to post a photo every day. Now I can focus on quality rather than quantity.

Since Christmas 2010 I used a Nikon D3100 now upgraded to a D7000. For the processing I use Adobe Lightroom. Last year tons of money went into new lenses, tripot, PC, software ... But I've had so much fun and learned much more than I had ever expected. Hence the Euros were well spent :o)

So I know now, that I can make some beautiful macro shots of flowers, but I'm much to impatient to wait for bees of spiders on flowers. And I love street shots and portraits, but mostly I'm not brave enough to take them.

Sorry, for not responding on every comment, but I read and highly appreciate every one. I'm not a native English speaker and it takes me soooo much time to write, time I rather invest to visit and comment on your projects.
