This is sooooo cool! I need to get better at steadying the camera, but I am really impressed at the level of detail I can get with the macro lens. I am trying to maintain some sense of control and as such, I am not going to subject you to the dust bunnies and rug lint (;p), however, I have a close-up flower shot in my other album for purposes of comparison only.
definitely in macro heaven - altho' still a tad nervous about handling the thing... went for a drink after work tonight and was afraid to pull out the lens when i got home ;p about Harvey... sadly, he is no more... my hubby laid him to rest late last night... :( will have to find another creepy crawly for my next victim... urm... model!!!
ACK!! Great shot, but now I feel the need to look around my floor to make sure there isn't a spider lurking in my house too. They don't bother me outside. But inside.... *shudder*
