Stacey - no filter for this... took it around dusk with 13 second exposure... lake was choppy and there were lots of "waves" which i think is what created the mist effect... :)

@shutterbugger y'well - this was one of the best evenings i've had in months... probably because I.WAS.BY.MYSELF!!! ;p but seriously, taking this pic was fun... altho' i'm pretty sure the people who passed me while walking down the path thought i was a nut bar - crouching down in the rocks by the water with a tripod and camera aimed low :)
