@shutterbugger it WAS! truly splendiferous... spent over an hour crawling around the yard... and ended up with several great bug shots (i credit the lens entirely).. i had a hard time choosing which to post here :)

@38mm tx! of course it's a nice macro... i have an awesome macro lens and it pretty much runs itself with little intervention by me required... ;p

as for the missing license plate - that would explain the ticked off look in his eye... he must have been ticketed... ;p

Yes, you macro came out great!! I have been using reverse macro because i don't have a macro lens. I took a photo of a bee in my bathroom today and it certainly was a lot of work using reverse!! FAV
