So Caryn... does this qualify as a fall colour? I was so NOT going to do an indoor set up shot, but went ahead and did one in desperation this evening ;p
Incidentally, this is not SC - the window sill is painted white... the mini-pumpkin is, you know, orange...
For "Get Pushed", Caryn (@cmc1200) challenged me to: "Capture fall colors. Wherever. However. Not even leaves, necessarily. Get creative."
I like this shot very much. It has a quiet and calm feel to it. Ok Northy as your challenge partner this week here we go:
You have many fabulous and interesting b&w street shots featuring people. So this time please shoot a wide view cityscape in vivid color featuring architecture rather than people. Ok if some people get in the shot but they should be incidental to the larger scope of the cityscape.
Since you challenged me small thought it be fun for you to go large :)
@michaelelliott tx lots! but oh gosh... vivid colour??? there isn't any in toronto... it's all black, white and grey ;p ok - this will be fun... you're right - this is not something i've done (other than a couple really big scapes in b&w)... must think where i can go to get a good vantage point... (but really, all this obssession with colour is becoming a bit disturbing ;p)
One of those shot I consider hypnotizing: not too much stuff in it but so yummy for the eyes! I certainly love the colors and that window made of many frames. One of my favorite shots of the last few months for sure
