this would be a piece of glazed earthenware... i think... it occurs to me, that i'm not entirely certain what "earthenware" is... pottery, i presume... this is a pinch mug meant for tea and i kind of love it although i find it much too awkward to drink from :)
You tweaked my curiosity and looked up definition of Earthenware vs Stoneware and found I didn't really know the difference. More aware today. Nice captures.

May I ask...do you have some pro kit for these low-key shots of do you use domestic products like an everyday lamp?

i do have some softbox lights, an external flash, and a flashlight that i like to use a fair bit... plus i use an app on my iPad for lighting in some cases... but this lamp is pretty much my first "go to" for lighting on set up shots...
