Nah... best in B&W - this is about texture and relationships; colour would only get in the way.

I tend to think this would be best in B&W too. As is, the leaf stands out. Color would I suspect lessen it's impact, and ability to stand on it's own. And now the textures and lines really are able to speak loudly. Color might overwhelm that subtle narrative.
Spot color is another option. Or watercolor the photo, and bring out the leaf with vibrancy to make it shout.
That said, I'm feeling B&W today myself ;) lol
