just playing around for my push challenge set by @lizhammond to try something i've never tried before, like the Harris shutter effect...

What a great response to the challenge. A really good choice of subject & an unusual one but perfect for the Harris shutter effect. I've not seen the effect used with a black and white image before and I just love how it has turned out. Like @gardencat says you have ended up with a shot that uses some colour yet still looks like your shot. Hats off to you ;-)

So glad it wasn't to taxing technically & it looks like you are having fun with it.
