and so begins another year...

i had this brilliant idea that i would go down to the lake to watch the sunrise on a new year... but (a) it was very overcast this morning and (b) the car battery was dead... so i went for a walk in the neighbourhood instead... including to the cemetery where i saw a coyote, and 4 deer (not together ;p)...

i do have passable pictures of the deer, and even a decent-ish streety shot... but for some reason i prefer this bit of blurism instead... hopefully it is not a harbinger of things to come!
