work followed me home tonight and there was no time to think about shooting anything new... so here's another one from last weekend during the great meltdown :)

That is destructive cold I think ! Wonderful tones however and layering and foreground shapes. And to think its overly hot in Oz this summer !

The ice makes a great frame of the cityscape

In quiz shows here in the UK, there are often questions asking contestants to identify cities from a photo, Toronto usually has a very low recognition rate - but I spot it so quickly after seeing your photos.

Really love the composition the way the dark branches and white snow frame the city. Doesn’t actually look melting yet.

At first glance of the thumbnail I thought it was an IR shot, with that white foliage. Then I realized it was, instead, the hoary hand of winter at work.
