one of those shots for which there is no excuse other than the light... and for @gardencat who was wondering what my "grey day" shot location would look like in the sunlight (this was taken a couple blocks east of the last shot - and facing in the opposite direction... but still the same general area)...
Interesting. In both the light is coming from the same general direction (from in front of the camera and coming towards it) but the results are so different. The shadows and rim lighting are so strong in this one.
