good morning Dubrovnik

the old city of Dubrovnik is packed (wall to wall people packed) from about 8am until who-all knows what time in the small hours of the night... 6am, however, and it's mostly occupied by pigeons and cats... and folks cleaning up after the night before...

Quite a while since I last visited Dubrovnik (just after the end of the war, in fact), they've obviously made good the damage without destroying the original character of this lovely city.
