Milky Goodness.

Cold weather + fresh milk = Dulce de Leche in the house.
Helped out at early morning milking at the dairy today and was rewarded with a few buckets of creamy moo juice. Perfect arrangement.

it's cooked sweetened milk - like a thick gooey caramel. It's made by slowly cooking the milk until it reduces down. I put vanilla in mine, but my cousins Abuela always puts cinnamon in hers (she is Chilean and calls it manjar blanco).
