As you both know this 'photography thing' is very addictive and I just don't seem to have enough time these days. I'm still here for now and will just procrastinate in making that 'decision'.
@novab Nova...this photography thing is very addictive and time consuming indeed! However, I also cannot believe how much appreciation it gives me to the beauty around me and everywhere I look. The camera help bring that into focus. The camera helps me notice it. The camera help me be in the moment. I don't want that to stop. I photograph what makes me happy. I try not to worry about anything else though I do feel guilty when I don't always have the time to comment on everyone else's projects too. I just do what I can. Sometimes I spend hours and other times, minutes. Whatever you decide, do what is best for you. Maybe you need a break...nothing has to be permanent. I am only starting year 3. I may feel the same way by year 5. Nothing can last forever, even if we want it to.
If I ever get to NS again, I will look you and Louise up. :)
@gardenfolk I agree 100% with all you said. I do not plan on hanging up the camera, as it seems to be a part of who I am now and does bring me much joy as well. I definitely look at (and see) the world differently than I did 5 years ago. I just have to accept what I'm able to do and move forward from there. :)
