@peterlgrave@cgribben@jack4john Thanks so much guys, my new lens is a Nikkor 55-300mm. I had to crop the shot and took it in fully manual mode. I don't often take shots in fully manual, as I'm still learning so many things about my camera (which I got last January)
But I'm loving the journey. :)
very nice! i should try my 300mm tonight if the sky is clear. this is the colour you captured? i remember the moon being this colour when i was still young. these days it's always just white-ish!
@summerfield Vikki, yes I would say it was this colour, as I only cropped my image and did not adjust the color at all. Maybe you will just a lucky tonight. :)
