Today I drove a group of students from Oslo to Ringerike Folk High School in Hønefoss.
As I parked the bus and the students stepped out, these painted stones caught my eye — small bursts of colour left on the ground like quiet reminders from strangers.
Among them lay a simple white stone with the words “Du er god nok” — “You are good enough.”
In the low November light, it felt like a gentle message for anyone passing by — a little truth offered freely to the world.
