Cloe came over to visit this afternoon. The main point of her visit was to have Jeff show her how to play her new guitar. But then she saw that the doll house was still out from our recent visit with Leigh, Sam and Lucy. She listened to Jeff for a few minutes and then suddenly said, "That pig doesn't belong in the dollhouse!"
She got up and marched over to the doll house and evicted poor Piggy! However, after the guitar lesson ended, Piggy was invited back in when the doll house was converted to a restaurant and Piggy turned out to be a wonderful patron. After all, she is a pig and she will eat anything!
Thanks Denise, Laurie, Katie and Lisa! It was just too funny. She unceremoniously took her out and plopped her down there and then casually went back to Jeff to continue the lesson!
Thank you everyone! To my new followers, this is probably your first introduction to Little Piggy. She appears in my project from time to time. She and I met when I was on a trip to Boston. I was looking for a souvenir. You will find that 365 does involve collecting a unique assortment of subjects to photograph and that is how I ended up with a plastic pig with a tube around her waist as a souvenir instead of something a little more traditional!
Hey Ann somehow I seem to have been missing your photos so I will need to look over your shots you have taken this year. This is nice and sounds like she had a nice visit
@bkbinthecity Thanks Brian! I think we some how got off track back when you took a few days off. I thought you were still on break but while commenting on someone else's picture I saw you and said, "Oh! He's back on- time to catch up!" Don't worry about the pictures you've missed- take your time on that!
@olivetreeann I have collected two glass elephants, a small herd of glass sheep ( have not used yet) , four minions and a bag of minion props, a fluffy unicorn for my minions, a crystal ball, a fashion Barbie, a metal mannequin...I am sure there is more!
@espyetta LOL -Marybeth- I have a bizarre list too. Not to mention the "edible" things I bought because I thought they would take a great picture! I can't remember what it was now- but I saw something in the supermarket last week that was minion related and thought, "Oooooo Marybeth would love those!!"
