Here we are in the first week of November and my pansies are still blooming! I thought I'd rather enjoy them than let the frost get to them (whenever it decides to come!), so I picked a little bouquet and brought them inside.
This does seem to be a long fall season I think. I love this picture because it reminds me of the "Twirl a paint" paintings I loved to do s a kid, and later as a preschool teacher.
Great shot, Ann. Lovely close up and color. It is so odd the flowers are still growing! I can't believe that I was in a t-shirt yesterday and it's November! Now I will be knocking on wood to hold any cold and white stuff at bay!
It looks like one of those butterfly paintings we made as kids when you put three blobs of paint on the paper and fold it in half to make a butterfly. It is stunning.
We've had a couple frosts already and wayyyyyyyyyy too early and another one is likely tonight!! I still have a couple flowers blooming, but tonight should take them out!! I just love Pansies!! They have the prettiest faces and colors!! Great details and clarity! FAV!
@creativeaddict Thanks Laur! I am finding myself having to do them more and more as my follower list has really grown! Not that I'm complaining!! I love Johnny Jump-ups!
