I'm joining @summerfield and @bill_fe this week with their black and white challenge. I drive past this driveway on my way home quite frequently. The gate at the end of the driveway is usually closed and locked, but still it looks so inviting. Today I took my camera and placed it below the gate to get a different perspective and to bring out the texture of the leaves.
Very nice and shadowy, good use of a low light look. Maybe remove the frame? As it competes with the other lines in the shot and suggests a smoother mirrored reflection (at least to me), which contrasts with the low light needed to emphasize the rougher texture of the woods' leafy floor...
@kporte Thanks Keith! I am really liking this frame option in my photo program. I like that it defines the picture, but lets it "bleed" through the frame too.
