Thank you Ann for your leadership in February's project. As most everything seems to be in B&W this time of year, the timing was perfect for me. Congrats on your completed project.
Thank you Maggie, Graham, MZ, Kerri, Colleen, Denise, Northy, Kathy, Sandy, Yao, Alia, Dione, Margaret, Pam, Sally, Joyce and Margaret! I really appreciate your views, comments and favs! It's been a great month!
And for those of you who are interested in next year- watch for the announcement in mid-January 2016!
@taffy Thank you Taffy! I think last year we allowed people to choose whatever color they wanted, but when you'd look at the calendar shots, it was obvious red stood out the most.
I couldn't do print screen and get the calendar either. I could, but I couldn't save it as a jpeg. So, that's why I made the collage. Congratulations on finishing a month of B&W!
strange...i thought i've left a comment here already. :-( in any case, it looks good, even with the high key effect whatever method you used to get this. i find myself converting my shots to black and white just to see how they look. hahahaha! i think i have a good appreciation of the genre and since i have 3 more albums at my disposal, i should probably have one just for black and white....or not. :-) awesome calendar. thinking on what we should come up next! you'll hear about it when something pops in the old brain.
@homeschoolmom A couple folks posted the how-to's on the last discussion page. I copied them down and will keep it on file until next year. But for this year, this is the shot that's staying. @gratefulness Thank you Sandi! @nicoleterheide Thank you Nicole! I'm glad you enjoyed it. You did an awesome job on it as well! @cimes1 Thank you Carole! @summerfield Thanks Vikki! I think you commented on it on the discussion thread. Not to worry- it's really more of a documentary shot anyway! As for March, I behind right now, so I'll probably just do whatever, print out the March word list and do a couple of them too. But I'm thinking of something for April- maybe A words, maybe week by week themes, don't know yet. The phojo is flat-lining today.
@aranchalopez Thanks Arancha! I started this month long challenge in 2013 and it has grown in popularity ever since. I chose Feb. because it was short! But it's a fun month to work in black and white because of that. So keep your eyes open next January for the announcement of the next one and join in!

Thanks so much Pyrrhula, Kathy, Daisy, and Kwind! I had a great time this month and really enjoyed Gibson's book. It was quite inspirational.
@gratefulness Thank you Sandi!
