Green

Catching up with my posts using the March word list. Here's one of the few patches of green in my life right now- the leaf of a Geranium I have wintering in my living room. The bad news is that it's going to be awhile before any more green shows up here. The good news is Daylight Savings Time starts on Sunday!
Awesome shot

Great shot - so pretty! And Daylight Savings IS good news - I am looking forward to it. We are supposed to have some warmer days here next week. Maybe spring IS just around the corner?

I love this shot; it's a fav. The processing is great, and I continue to enjoy that little line that overlays the image--still wonder how you do that.
On the other hand, I truly detest Daylight Savings Time, just don't see the point. I think it should always be DST, or never be DST, and I don't care which!

This is very cool -- almost x-ray like, yet with the bright greens to highlight it. Very much a 'wow' factor to it.

I love how you processed this!! I long for green grass so much so that I have been dreaming about it ha ha.

@kerristephens Thanks Kerri!
@tabarlett Thanks Tammy! Here's hoping!!
@aikimomm Thanks Phoebe! Always DST!!! I hate it when the sun goes down earlier. I never feel like I've accomplished anything. Plus- as I've gotten older, I do prefer days with more sun over nights with more moon. And thank you so much for the fav!! (The line is simply a frame application in my photo-program. The computer does all the tech work. I just decide which pictures it will look good on!)

@taffy Thanks Taffy! That's exactly what I was going for.
@pammerritt Thanks Pam- me too!!!
@nicoleterheide Thank you Nicole!

Wonderful green leaf you made it feel so big. I am wrapped in sunshine but the green struggles with the hot the dry and the hurricane damage.

@fullcircle Thanks Cindy! Yes, I would imagine that it takes a while for the environment to revive after a hurricane. And then to be in a warmer climate too.
@aranchalopez Thank you Arancha!
@pools82 Thank you Mike!
