The gardens surrounding Grey Towers are a photographer's delight. I was too late to capture the thousands of daffodils planted there, but there were still plenty of photo opps like this one- a view through the garden wall over the sprawling grounds.
A wonderful photo-op, this stone archway. Love how the greenery has framed a portion of it.
My camping experience as a youth was in the purist's fashion; tent, cooler, gas lantern, the whole nine yards. I got an upgrade once I got married tho we've also done the backpacking thing into the mountains (and survived a snowstorm in a tiny tent. The coffee mug was there too.) Now it's climate-controlled comfort in the camper on those hot summer days!

Thank you so much to each and every one of you! I'm glad you liked my garden portal- wish I'd thought of that word when I posted the shot!
@maggiemae LOL Maggie- we could run through the portal, but then we'd be rolling head over heals down the hill!
@lyndemc Sounds like the up-grade was well-earned!
Thank you so much Graham, Brian, Jo, and Dione for your generous favs! I really appreciate them!!
