The Great Spangled Fritillary came back for some more pollen today but after he took off I decided to play around with the lighting and sharpness. I decided I really liked the high-key manipulation in camera and the blur from leaving the shot purposely unfocused. This shot has not been post-processed except for a clear edge added for definition.
Leigh will be heading back home tomorrow. I'll do my best to keep up with you over the weekend but I might not have a lot of time.
And please accept my apologies for not being able to reciprocate with a comment and view on your pictures. We're visiting with family right now but I hope to get caught with you when we get home.
