Zimmerman Grist Mill in the Late Afternoon Sun

One of my fellow camera club members took me and another fellow to one of his favorite photo spots- an old mill that few know about. We went in the late afternoon and the lighting was perfect! As you can see we are not getting many colors this fall. That's due to our unusually cool and wet summer. But I have to say, I like the little pops of color in this shot.

Such beautiful composition and color. It reminds me of a painting I did years ago and I think I even posted a photo of it on 365 but I can't find it now. It wasn't this good that's for sure. FAV
