I had a pretty low-key day today. Made up the shopping list, researched some social networking sites like facebook that don't track you or sell your personal information, checked in with a doctor about a medication that I think is keeping me up at night and giving me some joint and muscle pain, swept the floors and put a bunch of stuff away that was left out from when Jeff painted the kitchen last week and did the dishes. Ho-hum!
nice collage, I think low key days are important, nothing better than getting a few tasks done and out of the way so we can face the big days with a clear mind
Thank you one and all! I'm glad you enjoyed looking into the window of a typical day for me when I'm not out and about with my photo friends or running errands and food shopping.
@photographycrazy I just typed in "alternatives to Facebook" and looked ones which specifically said they do not sell your info or allow cookies. The three I'm most interested in are WT.Socail, EyeEm (specifically for photobugs!) and Sociall. I'll be looking into them further. But there were a lot of options! So that should give you something to start with.
@francesc I agree- and my personality type absolutely needs the down days to recharge. I'm not perky or out-going to begin with but I do enjoy being with others.. However after awhile I get to a point where I just need to be quiet and take time to "smell the flowers" as they say.
Great way to document and illustrate the day. I could really do with one of those days. I have so much going on at the moment that my poor camera and laptop are just gathering dust.
@salza Thank you Sally! A busy season can be pretty taxing on the creative spirit- but like the regular seasons a slower winter section will eventually come along. Hang in there!
