I like this. Not sure if I'm seeing rain on the windshield or snow but combined with the colorful lights bokeh it results in a joyful winter night scene.

@randystreat Actually what you're seeing is Ann "cheating" by adding a texture layer of snow to her original photo to make the shot look a little prettier!
