Riding in the Rain

This shot was taken during our trip home. It rained on and off all during the trip, but then, just as the sun began to sink below the horizon, the rain stopped for good. There was something about the gradation of car frame, rain drops and evening sky that appealed to me in this shot. I liked the shapes and lines.

I really dislike driving in the rain. It is so tiring, and also so hard to see at night.

@mrssmith @digitalrn Thanks Carla- you caught me again- I am driving and taking the picture at the same time! Thank you too Rick. I don't mind it so much in the day, but night is definitely harder- especially if it's a heavy rain. But thankfully it stopped by sundown.
