If I don't get moving every morning, I can't move all day. My joints just get so stiff, so my swimming exercises in the pool are just the ticket to get my joints in motion. I brought my camera to the pool to find a creative way to capture this word and completely forgot to get a shot! I was on my way home when I realized my mistake, so I grabbed the camera out of my bag, held it up and quickly snapped a picture. Was I surprised to see this when I uploaded it! I do not recommend taking pictures while you are moving in a car- but I made sure the road was completely clear and that I was only going about 5 miles per hour. Thankfully our community is rather quiet at 11:30 A.M. and I was completely safe- just so you know!!

@sarasdadandmom It's really a life saver in many ways. My friend and I have talked about getting a book or some instructions for water aerobics. We know we could step up our exercise level a bit but we haven't gotten around to it yet. @allie912 Thanks Allison- at first I wasn't sure how I'd gotten those colors, but then I realized it was probably the reflection of my bag on the closed car window. @potsbypam Thank you Pam! Ann , I just noticed that my comments got cut off. I was saying that my wife cannot move without water aerobics. It has kept her mobile and if she misses a few days because of travel, she can barely move. I bought a hot tub and with the water aerobics she gets along fairly well, until the barometer drops. Rainy cold days are not her friends.
@sarasdadandmom I sort of assumed that's what you meant. I absolutely understand what your wife is going through! My joints do not like rainy or cold days either! When I'm away visiting the grandkids, I try to take a walk but that's not as helpful becasue I can't go far. I can do more in the water. Ooohhhh a hot tub- that sounds wonderful!

@d4wn Thanks Dawn. I'm not really sure how I got my camera to do this, but I was really happy with the results! I'll have to experiment with it again and see if I can replicate it.
