After discovering a beautifully golden shadow splashed across my front door this morning, my day of discovery was not over yet. I was talking on the phone while sitting on the end of my bed in the afternoon and noticed this amazing play of light coming through my bedroom window. I did my best to keep this as sooc as possible with just a little sharpening and contrast boost so you could see it the way I did.
i am amazed, both by your great eye for photo and my ability to spot this was your shot, as well as the next four on my feed, without seeing your name. i scroll down and i say "ann", "ann", "ann", "ann". :-)

@maggiemae Thank you Maggie! It's all about the design, the patterns and lines caused by the light. I was not really trying to make the window visible. I just like the lines.
Great catch! Those lines are simply fantastic. I always love when photography helps us to see what is beautiful in the things we often consider mundane.
