Exciting night tonight! Our photo club along with 7 other art clubs are exhibiting a joint show at the community college where our photo club meets. The gallery is beautiful and the pieces that each club is exhibiting are excellent. Here's my moon shot from December 29 making its debut along with a photo from another photographer in our club.
Many thanks to all for your kind comments and best wishes. I was not able to take a lot of photos at this event. Since I was representing our photo club amongst the other organizations I seemed to have lots of people coming to talk to me! But I did enjoy it and all of us are really looking forward to doing this again.
@maggiemae I was trying out different effects on it and landed on this one. It suited the pictures nicely so it stayed!

@tabarlett The frog was taken by my friend Laurinda Rubin and the title of the picture is "Triumph". She took this shot during a photo workshop in another photographer's garden. This woman was a great inspiration to her but has since passed away from cancer. This shot does not really do it justice. The colors are exquisite.
