@nicolecampbell I made a dish called "Chicken with Red Bell Peppers" (it's really called that!). The chicken is cut in cubes then browned in a skillet with a touch of garlic. Once everything is cooked you add in heavy cream and a dash of tabasco sauce, then the diced red pepper. Last addition is some cooked penne pasta. Believe it or not, I found this recipe on the back of a pasta box! It's very good.
