Wrought Iron Angel by olivetreeann

Wrought Iron Angel

On my way home from the luncheon I stopped off at a small cemetery to capture some of the fall colors, but this angel seemed to say "Take me!" In my post processing I discovered that sepia really brought out the texture and kept the vintage appeal of the shot. The frame is actually a black and white version of the same picture, although you really can't tell!
Lovely framing.

oh yes! it does work very well in sepia. Its exciting when you see what you can do with a bit of processing. The frame is interesting too

Thank you Lee-Ann, Chris, Taffy, Phoebe, Sally, Nina, Debs, Rick, Nicole, Allison, Alia, Francoise, and Suse! Overall I think tombstones and cemetery art lend themselves to an antique or vintage form of processing, but it's nice when one of your shots really takes to that application. Thanks for stopping by!
