After I took my circle shot today I found this beauty on the front deck but for the life of me couldn't hold the camera still! So I turned to some artsy processing in order to save it!

I've a favour to ask. since I changed from window 7 to window 10 I seem to have lost my editing applications. will have to purchase new ones. what could you recommend that's worthwhile the money? the only one I could get back was Ribbet.
@bruni I use a program called Smart Photo Editor. It was recommended to me by someone here on 365 and I really like it. It's quite affordable and easy to use. There are so many effects you'll never use them all and they are constantly adding to them. It was a little over $25 when I bought it, but it might be a bit more now.
