@salza Yes- they are large, but I think mostly due to what they were used for- taking photos from airplanes scoping out enemy territory. You needed those long lenses to get the photos of the land.
@randystreat The lighting gave off a somewhat yellowish hue, but I did add a painterly effect to the shot as well giving it that vintage feel.
Thanks so much everyone- it was pretty interesting to see these. My d-i-l's grandfather was a photographer for the air force in the South Pacific during WWII. These are the kinds of cameras he'd have been working with.
