I bought the most fascinating bunch of carrots at the farmer's market yesterday- the traditional orange kind mixed with purple and white carrots! We had them for dinner today with a honey-butter glaze (yum!). I liked the way the ends looked on this white plate. I noticed the Eye of the Beholder challenge was running so I decided to tag them for it. Actually I have to give a nod to a 365 friend who inspired me early on to look at vegetables in a whole new way. I hope you're smiling if you can see how far I've come Bonnie- you had such a huge impact on me as a photographer!
