The wing feathers of a Trumpeter Swan on display at the Schisler Museum. This is not a black and white- the ceiling is that dark and the wings are that white.
Thank you Marnie, Shanne, Babs and Ferry. I was not doing that well on Saturday. An early morning rainstorm really put my knees into an achy state of being. But as one of the leaders of the photo club I wanted to be there so I went. Thankfully there was a nice bench to sit upon and you could see several of the displays from it. I looked up at one point and saw the way the light was hitting the wings of this swan and really liked it. So, the moral of the story is you don't necessarily have to walk around to get a shot!
