Wasp Waltz

I hardly saw any bees or wasps all Summer but now that Fall is fully under way they seem to be all over the place. I was amazed at how many Bumblebees and Wasps were on the Asters along McDade Trail when Louise and I walked there a while back.

I didn't have to get too close to take this shot so there was no danger in getting stung. They were actually quite average in size. They were also far more interested in the flowers than me!
