@pyrrhula It is unoccupied- has been for several decades now. It is situated in a National Park area so it will not be torn down unless it collapses- but since it's made of stone, it will be standing for a long time. The barn on the other hand has a very serious tilt which you can't see in this shot. I think a few severe winters will do it in.
