Macro Technology

For the current macro challenge. I'm really impressed with the technology of the latest point and shoot cameras. The macro lens on this one gives the macro lens I bought my T3i a run for its money!

Thank you everyone! I've been impressed with this camera and the only complaint I've had with it is that its predecessor had an articulated review screen and this one doesn't- I miss that!

I have often thought that I wouldn't mind another point and shoot. Even though my Sony's smaller than my Canon, when I carry it with the lens I use most of the time, it's heavy and big. Ah to be able to stick a camera in a pocket or purse.

@randystreat Thanks Kathy! I have to say, as much as I love my T3i, on the days when my hands are not cooperating with me, this camera has come to my rescue again and again. And I have just learned I can get lenses for it- I see a fish eye and perhaps a zoom in the future!
