Captain Ray O'Neal

A fishing trawler making it through (Penobscot Bay??) taken from the Rockland Breakwater. The name Captain Ray Oneal is on the bow but I'm pretty sure that's not the name of the boat. (o: Just the name of an overly confident captain.

Update- it's actually the name of the boat and it's a tug boat- thanks Joan.
