I always think this is such a peaceful spot and after two days of rain and hail, it looks so peaceful.

This was taken yesterday at Soldiers Point.

I have a "thing" about walking along jetties without railing!!! so this one would be terrible for me. Glad the weather has improved. After a beautiful morning, its blowing a gale right now and even the birds are hold on tight to their branches.

@eyesmile Thanks Gena. We are lucky to be surrounded by some lovely beaches here in Port Stephens. This beach is about 5 km away from where I live, but I do live near a beach which features quite often in my photos. The nearest beach to us is about 400 metres away.
