This morning we were at a Rotary Club market in Paterson with friends and had lunch at Paterson Tavern. The Tavern was built in the late 1800s and the food is excellent. I don't think I am going to eat again for a week.
Unfortunately, we are double booked today and are out with some other friends this evening, but I don't think I am going to be eating though. Just going along for the social bit.
Don't tell anyone but the rain has finally stopped and today has been beautiful.
I checked our rain gauge chart this morning and in the last 21 days it has rained for 16 of them. Never known that before. Hopefully as it will be the first day of Spring tomorrow the rain has moved on.
Thank you all for your lovely comments and favs on my mirror box yesterday. I will catch up again tomorrow, but have only just got home and we are out again in an hour. All go.
What a great capture and someone sure is popular haha! I think I've driven past here some time last year while some bushfires were going on in the area.

Thank you all so much. I am desperately trying to catch up this afternoon.
Yesterday was a very long day. We were out with friends during the day and had lunch at the Tavern as I said. The Tavern is very popular and the meals delicious. Unlike some of our friends David and I didn't have dessert at lunch time. Unfortunately, we were out again last night too. We belong to a walking group and one of our members used to belong to a group in Sydney and every so often some of people from Sydney come up here for a weekend and we all meet up. Last night some members of our group and theirs met up and we all take along food. David was the photographer to record the occasion. I was going to be very good and only have some of the dips and nibbles before the main buffet, but unfortunately I saw the choices for the meals on offer. I only had a small amount of the Moroccan beef though and a smaller amount of the chicken casserole, a bit bigger spoonful of the Indonesian rice and then minute slices of the cheesecake. ha ha. I think it may be soup night tonight.
@onewing hahahahaha I was phoned today to say I have quite a few days work until the end of term - but then it is no school for a couple of weeks so I would love somewhere in amongst all our busy to catch up
@jackie8 I think it was a bit too much of over indulgence on Sunday. Soup on Monday night for dinner. All of this week is a bit busy. Should get some free time on Saturday though.
I have never been to Patterson but the name of the town rings a bell for some reason?
Thank you all so much. I am desperately trying to catch up this afternoon.
