Before the storm by onewing

Before the storm

I have spent the day doing a massive batch cook as supplies in the freezer were getting a bit low. I have made a batch of spaghetti bolognaise, a batch of butter chicken, a batch of beef curry and a batch of Moroccan lamb, so the freezer is pretty well stocked again now. About 20 meals which won't need much preparing. Pretty sick of cooking tonight though.

Luckily today has been pretty cool weatherwise for this time of year, so didn't get too hot while cooking.

I took this photo a few days ago, it was pretty warm and humid and taken just before one of our daily storms blew in. I just loved the suns rays coming through the darkening clouds.

@beryl Thanks for the fav Beryl. Luckily today was quite cool, weatherwise otherwise I would have been melting. I love it when the freezer is full and I can just pull a ready made meal out whenever I don't feel like cooking.
