Step back in time

Friday "people day" and I thought today I would post a photo which I took about three weeks ago at the heritage festival we went to.

People could dress up in period costume and have their photos taken by a professional photographer. I stood behind the photographer to get a shot of my own.

This couple certainly looked the part and I thought the sepia tones would add to the flavour.

Great portrait, the sepia suits it very well.

Your editing does suit the shot, and removing his watch was a good idea too.
May 9th, 2015
I saw the color version with the watch and agree, love this version and the watch removed. Nice capture and processing, Babs!

Works well in sepia, give an ageless quality plus the watch missing helps.

glad that you thought it was a good idea to remove his watch. It didn't really fit with the step back in time theme did it.
