Very colonial with it's gorgeous balcony ! I could easily live in this IF I had my cook , maids and butler and of course a gardener and grounds-men -- not asking for much am I !!!!
@pusspup You are right, but I suspect that the inside will change once the new owners get to grips with it. The photos are for the sale and the real estate people always photograph a house that looks like a show house these days rather than one that is lived in. It seems to be the latest trend.
Stunning architecture, beautifully lighting and capture Babs, thanks for the link very interesting, we are thinking of down sizing before the end of the year, its just a tad to far to travel:)
I can see why it is your favorite house....it is very lovely! Sorry it is so cold...we are having extreme heat. Sooo unusual for us. Kooky weather everywhere!
@jennywren Thanks Jen heard about the heat you have been having in the UK. My sister lives there. Hope you can cope. I love the heat. The good thing about winter in Australia is that it isn't cold every day during winter, just a few days of a cold snap and then it warms up a bit.
@eyesmile Thanks Gena. Roll on summer. It is winter here in Australia at the moment and the cold snap we are having at the moment is because there is snow on the Barrington Tops about 130 km away from us and it always sends cold air down to the coast. It will be warm again soon though.
@onewing We are the same down sizing may mean just less height going from our large 4 bed detached house to a detached 4 bed bungalow with more land, lol:)
