I am posting very early today because we are out this afternoon and evening at a party. I hope I manage to stay upright this time. ha ha
The last time I was at a party at this particular friend's house, I fell over when we were leaving and fractured wrist. No I wasn't drinking either, I was supposed to be the responsible adult and designated to drive home. As you will gather that didn't happen.
A couple of weeks ago we went on a U3A bus trip to Norah Head and I have only just got round to looking at the photos. Had rather a busy time lately. So for the next few days I will be posting photos from our day trip.
This photo was taken at Lakes Beach and you can see Norah Head lighthouse in the distance.
That is a very inviting sea. I rather fancy jumping over that wave as in childhood. Lovely capture with different layers of interest going from the foreground to the back.
A superb capture of waves and spray and the lighthouse in the distance really acts as a focal point ! Fav Do enjoy you afternoon and evening -- and stay upright this time !! lol !!

You will be pleased to know that I managed to stay upright leaving the party we went to yesterday. Phew! Many of you will know that I missed the step in the dark at this friends house last year and fractured my wrist as a result. I was escorted out last night by the owner of the house to make sure that I didn't do the same thing again, ha ha. He has now put pot plants along the step in the courtyard at the front of his house and also painted the edge of the remaining part of the step yellow to avoid the same thing happening to anyone else. He did mention that shortly after I missed my footing, he did exactly the same thing. Luckily he didn't have any broken bones though.
