Another photo taken from our walk around Newcastle.

Up on the hill on the left of the picture you can see Fort Scratchley and on the right is the now defunct railway station. Just behind the station you can see the Custom House and clock tower.
Fantastic scene full of interest, colour and light Babs, lovely perspective and depth of field so much to see:)

Interesting to see this town, could be summer with the sun & blue sky! A lovely area for a walk with great views of the sea!

I seem to be spending a lot of time in Newcastle at the moment, we were there again today with friends of ours. Another beautiful day today too.

@888rachel Sadly they already have moved in and all we see at present is the beginnings of high rises and cranes. The other end of town has lost all character.

What a great view, interesting to see so much green around for winter, although I guess the daffs will be coming up soon.
