Optical illusion

This is my second attempt at spoon reflections and I am quite pleased with the way this one turned out.

Even though the lines are zig zag, the paper that the spoon is sitting on is perfectly flat, but the zig zag lines make it look rippled. It really makes your eyes cross.

@alinz Thanks Ali, I just set up the paper and the spoon on the worktop in the kitchen and used the kitchen lights to light it but to cut out the shadows I used an angle poise lamp for added light.
