Waiting for the Train

Friday people day and what better photo to take today than one of my friend Jo.

Here she is with David at the railway station waiting for the train yesterday morning for her journey back to Mittagong.

She looks a bit rugged up because it is still chilly at Mittagong at the moment.

@ethelperry Thanks Ethel, David is the photographer in the family which is why I got into photography 6 years ago. After being a DSLR man he finally bought himself an advanced compact for occasions like this when he doesn't want to carry his big cameras around.

@pcoulson I think we were all still asleep, it was an early start because we have over an hour to drive to get to the railway station and this photo was taken about 8 am.

@leggzy It is. Jo used to lived near me, but moved to Mittagong a couple of years ago to be nearer to her sons who live at Berrima and Bowral. A bit chilly in winter though.

@peterday We waited about half an hour. The railway station is over an hour away from where we live and early in the morning the traffic is bad so we wanted to make sure we were there in plenty of time. Trains run every hour though to Sydney so not too bad.
