Revealed - By Time and Tide - Braddon Snape

First of all thank you all so much for the amazing response to yesterday's Rainbow 3D Orb photo. I am thrilled at the number of favs and to see it on the PP.

A few days ago David and I were at a friends house and close to her house is this sculpture. Luckily I had my camera with me so decided to take a photo of it. I just loved the pink glow on the sculpture made by the sunset.

The sculpture is called Revealed - By Time and Tide and the artist is Braddon Snape.

As the area where we live is close to the ocean I think this artwork depicts sails on a ship. Some of the locals call it The Opera House though because it does have a look of the Sydney Opera House.

It does have the look of the opera house. Lovely colour through it with the sunset.

Stunning capture in wonderful light, just enough detail to give an almost mystical feel to the image, Braddon Snape would be delighted to see this image why not send a copy to his web site Babs:)

Beautiful capture and lighting. The first think that came to my mind was that this sculpture represented sails, too. The thing is that they aren't all facing in the same direction.

It looks like the Opera House breaking into bits and sailing away into the sunset.......

I was thinking sails too, but then I do watch a lot of sailing :) This looks so pretty in the evening light.
